When to use a product roadmap
A product
Show what the team will build and roughly when, like barcode search from January to March.
With a team
One lane for each team or area, so each group sees its own work and everyone else's.
Strategy
Put the big bets in order, like the app's 3.0 release in July, and move them as plans change.
