What a RACI chart is

When to use a RACI chart

  • New project

    Say who does each job, who signs it off, who to ask and who to tell.

  • With a team

    Stops two people doing the same task, or nobody doing it at all.

  • A company

    One A per task, so there is always one person who makes the final call.
